Hi, this is Julian and I'd like to introduce myself.
I've been a personal trainer in Los Angeles for the greater part of 20+ years, certified in 1994 through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E., 1994) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M., 1997).
I was born and raised on Oahu, a graduate of Punahou school, moved to Los Angeles, California and earned my bachelor degree from Loyola Marymount University. I started working for the Sports Club Company at their Howard Hughes Spectrum Club and moved over to Crunch Fitness in West Hollywood during its inception. I moved on from Crunch Fitness about 15 years ago and currently train at a couple different fitness studios and gyms serving the Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Melrose, Hancock Park, Mid-Wilshire, and surrounding areas.
Apparently, I've been reminded by a client of mine that I've been doing this for a long time. I actually have 20,000 hours of training people!...(oh my)

Actually it's more than this. Life is about balance. It's a balance of you, your work, your relationships, your family, your friends, and your recreation.
